Using TB 1.5.0.7

I do frequent postings to the newsgroups on news.mozilla.org.  All of my settings are for bottom posting in these newsgroups. However when I compose a reply, if mail.compose.wrap_to_window_width is set to true, the cursor is positioned on the first line of the original message. If mail.compose.wrap_to_window_width is set to false, positioning is at the bottom of the quoted message.

IMPORTANT: this bug is not the same as https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=358856. the Edit>>Rewrap function works as it should in a "Send-Later/Edit as new" sequence.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set for bottom post on a news server
2.Set mail.compose.wrap_to_window_width to true
3.Reply to any newsgroup message

4.Set mail.compose.wrap_to_window_width to false
5.Reply to any newsgroup message


Actual Results:  
Step 3 produces incorrect cursor position
Step 5 produces correct cursor position

"Top posted" isn't exactly what's happening here; if configured for "my reply above quote" there are blank lines inserted to fit the quote, which doesn't happen with this preference turned on.
