While changing months in the Calendar view on Lightning 0.3 in Thunderbird 1.5.0.7, the size of the month display changes, based on the month being displayed. The box grows, for example, when scrolling between July and August by just a pixel or two, but much more when going from August to September. This causes the scroll arrows to move, meaning that scrolling requires me to move my mouse to find the arrow again. This is a nit-pick, but makes the difference when trying to scroll quickly through the months.

The biggest jumps appear to be from December to January, February to March, and August to September. The rest are small enough to manage.

The easiest solution would probably be to retain a static size for the display of the month and year that's large enough to accommodate even the longest month's names.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Thunderbird with Lightning 0.3 installed
2. Scroll through the months using the arrows in the Lightning month calendar display box.
3. Observe the changes in the size of the calendar display while scrolling between months.

Actual Results:
The size of the display changes, occasionally enough so that the arrow is no longer under my mouse pointer, requiring me to move the mouse to keep scrolling.

Expected Results:
The month name and year display should stay at a static width, preventing the arrows from moving under the mouse pointer.
