If you have a web form in one window that allows you to upload a file by clicking "Browse...", the "File Upload" dialog that appears will cause UI problems in other Firefox windows, both in windows that existed before the dialog was opened, and in new windows that are created.

Keep in mind that if the "Upload File" dialog is open, you cannot perform any actions in/on that particular Firefox window, including opening new tabs, etc. All the interface bugs I'm describing will occur in *other* Firefox windows you already have open or in new Firefox windows you create after the "Upload File" dialog is visible.

- The Bookmarks Toolbar's bookmark buttons will disappear if you create a new Firefox window. Windows that already existed before the dialog was opened will still have their bookmark buttons.

- The address bar in will no longer display the drop down list of visited URLs as you type an address.

- You cannot click on tabs to switch to them; however, you can still use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl-PgUp and Ctrl-PgDn.

- The Find feature cannot be closed using the Esc key or by clicking its 'x' button.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to a web form that allows you to upload a file by clicking "Browse..."
2. Open a new Firefox window and create two or more tabs in this new window
3. Click the "Browse..." button in the form in the first window so that the "Upload File" dialog appears
4. Switch back to the other window -- it will appear normal, but it actually isn't.
4 a. Type in the address bar -- no previously visted URLs will appear in a drop down list
4 b. Type Ctrl-F to use the Find feature and try to close it with either the Esc key or by using its 'x' button
4 c. Try to switch tabs by clicking on them -- this will not work, but the keyboard shortcuts still do
5. Open a new Firefox window -- the Bookmarks Toolbar will have no bookmarks
Actual Results:
interface problems as described above

Expected Results:
An open dialog in one Firefox window should not affect the interface behavior of other Firefox windows.

The workaround/quick fix is to close the "Upload File" dialog; at that point all problems go away. Even the missing bookmarks in the Bookmarks Toolbar reappear.
