Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20061105 Minefield/3.0a1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20061105 Minefield/3.0a1 I had a find file dialog box open to upload a file to the internet and I clicked my minefield quicklaunch icon to open another instance of the browser - however, it would not start. I attempted to use another window to access the web page, but the page would not move. The browser continued to respond to me opening windows and continued to use 0% of my processor, but it simply would not respond to mouse clicks or any other actions within the browser itself. After hitting 'Cancel' on the file dialog box, the two times I had clicked my Minefield quicklaunch icon registered and opened up two windows of the browser and all the other pages moved as they should have. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to fileshack or any site that opens a file dialog box 2. Either try to open a new instance of the browser or navigate other web pages in different instances of the browser 3. go back to the file dialog box and click either "Cancel" or select a file - just get rid of the box Actual Results: Browser resumes functioning as normal, after nothing happens. All of the things you clicked - web pages you navigated to, instances of the browser you created, links you clicked, tabs you opened, etc. while the browser was hanging are immediately followed. It should be noted that things such as textboxes can still be edited as normal. Expected Results: The browser should have followed those links, created the new instances, etc. immediately on click, instead of waiting for the dialog box in another window to close.
