I currently use the latest version of Adobe Reader and have noticed that a new tab can't be opened using Ctrl+T when viewing a PDF document in the browser, and the tab being viewed is a PDF. A tab can however be opened if you first change to a tab which is not a PDF. If the PDF tab is selected (the tab itself) then a new tab can be opened using Ctrl+T. My best guess is that when PDF is focused inside the browser then Ctrl+T is passed to the PDF plugin and not to the browser.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a webpage
2. Load a pdf in another tab
3. Press ctrl+t with the pdf tab being viewed

Actual Results:
A new tab is not opened. No response from browser

Expected Results:
A new tab should be opened and selected

I use standard theme. Tab bar is set to always display.
