When printing a selection of a page, the printer keeps printing empty pages (except for header and footer) and Firefox hangs.
This problem occurs when the selection includes a style "page-break-after: always". 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select text on example page from [Printing "Too Wide" Pages] to [API Usage]
2. File > Print > Selection

Actual Results:  
- Printer keeps printing empty pages (except for header and footer)
- Firefox hangs

Expected Results:  
Printer should print selected text

Elitgro, do you still see this crash/hang in a latest Build like Firefox GP Alpha 5 ?
