Many development frameworks such as zope, ruby on rails offers nice and pretty exception/error message handling which are useful for developers.
Bugzilla should add one which should either be turned on by a variable in globals.pl or as a parameter. Think "developent mode" which would mean, I don't mind if we export some sensitive information which would be useful for a developer.
I'd like to see the following information displayed, most important item first:
* Tracebacks with all stack frames
* CGI variables
* Environment variables
* stdout/stderr (requires an evil hack, check with mkanat)
A traceback should show all executed frames, filename, linenumber with the included source for that line. A nice, but not required feature is all local variables in the current frame.
The information should ideally be formatted in pretty tables/style sheets.
Some of the requests might be better to do in separate bugs, I'm just doing a little bit of brainstorming here.
Reproducible: Always

We'd call it "debug mode."
Anything that would be hard to maintain, we just won't do.
