Since a bug was fixed, I can now use the advanced search dialog to search for tags but if I create a saved search from there, I get empty results.

Also, Junk tags are still stripped when a message is moved between folders.

This is all IMAP and the Zimbra server at Mozilla.
are these single folder saved searches? I had the same problem, and then I added a second folder to the scope, and the search started working. I think the problem must be in the quick search type single folder saved searches.
Yes. They are single folder searches on Inbox. That's the only legitimate folder I have (other than trash and draft). I added the "account" folder to the search and it's working now.

convert keys to lower case before storing in db - we force the keys to be lower case in the tags service already. ZIMBRA upper-cases keys, even if you store them as lower case...

You're correct about the junk tags - Zimbra seems to explicitly strip those tags. Other tags are maintained when you copy between folders. I can contact them, but presumably this is on purpose...

this fixes the saved search issue for the trunk and branch - the junk issue is really a server-side issue and I'd like to push on that a little.

David: using my IMAP Zimbra account, I still can't get this to work. Here are my Steps on the Intel Mac.

1. With a few messages tagged, I go to Edit|Find|Search Messages and construct my tags query. I see a set of results returned.
2. After selecting "Save as Search," I get the dialog that has no prefilled name. I name the query and it appears in my folder list.
3. When I click on the query it is blank.

On my PPC Mac, I get slightly different results following the same steps. I get one message showing in the search, but the other 6 messages I have tagged as "Important" don't show in the search I saved.

Tomcat advises this seems to work fine on Windows.
