I have a message rule to mark all posts made by me as important.
If from = Mark Solesbury, then tag as important.
Log file logs that the change has been made, but it does not tag the message.
Same rule is successful when adding a star to the message.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create message rule
2. post message
