When viewed in other browsers (IE, AM, Opera, Slimbrowser, Maxthon, Netscape) the graphics and icons appear normal and correct. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Access cnn.com 2. 3. Actual Results: every time... Happens regardless of what theme I am using. Also happens with 2.0 and 1.5. I reverted from 2.0 to 1.5.0.8 to see if problem would follow and it did.

WFM Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0 have you tried running firefox in safe mode (disabling all extensions)? or other such diagnostic steps?
I did not try safe mode. But this appears to have been a JAVA related problem. I re-downloaded the current JRTE and the graphics seemingly improved.
