Open Manage bookmarks window
select a folder/bookmark
try to drag the folder/bookmark to rearrange

You're unable to drag the folder (unable to do anything with it really).

You should be able to drag the folder/file and rearrange it anyway you like.

Ahahahahaa! Unable to drag the IE Imported Favorites folder (Microsoft plague). 
This is probably a "feature" (as is the whole idea to include stupid MS favorites 
in the first place) or a duplicate. If dup, I'll mark accordingly.

Yeah, probably is. Imported IE Favorites future is still up in the air (probably 
going to disappear or undergo major overhaul before M16 is released. Mark dup of 
the "Can't delete Imported IE Favorites" bug if you think that would be better 
(either way this should probably get ignored until a decision about the importing 
of favorites from IE is made). Or mark invalid. Or unconfirmed.

rjc, we dealt with a bug like this a while ago right? Is this a dupe, do you 
remember the resolution?

"Imported IE Favorites" are read-only... so no editing of them in any fashion... 
which leaves this bug with a WONTFIX I suspect.
