Similar to bug ID 339669, not with 'div' but 'span style'.
It shows the problem:

<SPAN style="text-decoration:underline">Underlined text part I.
<SPAN style="text-decoration:none">'should not be underlined text'</SPAN>
Underlined text part II.</SPAN>

This is INVALID for the same reason bug 339669 is. See bug 202530 comment 1 for an explanation of why.
