Following the guidelines on http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/win32install.html , you have to install manually a number of ppm-modules. (and bugzilla 3.0 will not be better in this :-)

As I had to prepare an off-line installation on the production server, I made the attached .bat file, which is also usefull for online installations.

Maybe this can be (modified and) added to the landfill ppm or to the win32install ?

Note:
I also created an offline repository for the bugzilla modules, with not only the ones on landfill ppm, but also the modules that aren't default installed together with ActiveState.  If someone is interested, I can attach them too.

With bug 415676, bug 414430, bug 397544, bug 357847 and others, this is done by giving ppm instructions on command line.  A .bat file isn't necessary anymore.
