when selecting a program to use when opening a file, firefox keeps asking me what to do with the file, even after selecting a single action for this, or even after going to the menu and changing the action OR selecting the box to always do this.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. opening any WMV file

Actual Results:  
a window opens, asking what to do with this file

Expected Results:  
winamp opens and play the filetype I said it should handel.
