There are likely going to be a lot of people trying to connect to IRC from the hotel where everyone is staying, so the connection limit should probably be increased. I'm currently at the hotel, and the external IP I see is: 209.79.152.253.
A spoof for the IP would be nice, too.
Looks like the Wild Palms Hotel is 209.79.152.192/25.

OK, spoof and connection limit for the initial IP is in place. Are there actually people getting connections from other IPs from there, or is that just the enclosing netblock?
OK, it's all NAT, and there's 2 IP addresses (one for wired and one for wireless). Both are set up, this is done.
