Mozilla M16 2000041608, Mac OS 9.0.4 Like bug 35975, this time for the Mac OS! Visit a site that takes longer than 10 seconds to load (so you have time to click stop before it finishes loading the page). Click the Stop button/select stop from the edit menu Ha! Ha! Uh, nothing happens. The page continues to load. The page should stop loading and Mozilla should wait patiently for your next command.
akay@mac.com, bug 35975 was conservatively marked with OS=All but Platform=PC based on observations on Linux and WinNT, but since this is clearly the same problem, and the problem is clearly XP, the comments you made here properly belong in bug 35975, "Can't stop document from loading - Stop button doesn't", which now is confirmed as affecting All/All. It was fixed late yesterday, so the problem should be gone in the next M16 nightly binary for Mac. Marking as DUP of bug 35975. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 35975 ***
