When you receive a message which content is base64 encoded the small notifier window shows the encoded content (e.g. 'cGhwbXlhZG1pbiAoN'). Here the decoded text should be displayed like it is visible in the message pane.

While this should be easy to fix it would be lovely for Thunderbird 2.
