User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0 using thunderbird for long time now. takes messages i want and puts them in "junk"-- off and on erratic operation. cannot receive mail from some sources i have been using for long time. example-i have checked with a source that says i am still on their mailing list of usually 3 or 4 daily emails i am now only getting 1 in the last 4 weeks. this has happened several times and will clear up with a new version of thunderbird usually and sometimes find them in "junk". i also am having trouble with sending an email. sometimes it will not accept it. i can always send an email to buy something or answer a company if they have a "submit" box to check. any help????using firefox latest and thunderbird latest. tried to contact fredlanga used his latest email address and received returned email:see transcript for details heading (help@langa.com) and new address.... Reproducible: Sometimes thunderbird never crashed...using xp and updated windows.
allan: sorry but you are not making much sence here..? And please keep it one issue per bug. Or rather, for user support questions, go to http://forums.mozillazine.org/ So your problem is some messages sometimes get wrongly classified as junk? There is no 100% here, the filter learns from your earlier marking of junk/not junk. If it won't send at a minimum we would like to know the error message. Sending of forms from within thunderbird does indeed not work, it's disabled on purpose. And fred, well, I guess he changed address:) Or the server have some problem. Without exact information, there is no knowing. Very unlikely a thunderbird problem.
