Firefox will try to download a file rather than send parameters in a query string to a Perl script when the value of the parameter begins with a "0" and is 32 characters long.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.insert above URL in Firefox 2.0
2.Click enter
3.observe
Actual Results:
Firefox will attempt to load HTML source file.
Expected Results:
Firefox should send parameters of query string to Perl CGI script for parsing
