haifa.muni.il is the official web site of Haifa, Israel's third largest city. the page at the URL above is where people can report problems in the city to the municipality (like dirt, parking problems, water and suwer problems, trafic lights, etc.). unless they are using mozilla, that is.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www1.haifa.muni.il/apps/mokedSys/Report.asp
2. click the א in the triangle
3. select a problem category from the drop down

Actual Results:  
there is no list of problem types

Expected Results:  
where it's written שלב ב' it should display a list of problem types

Seems to work OK in Camino trunk and Firefox 2, though I did note these errors:

but again, the site seems to work OK. Feel free to reopen and confirm if you disagree (since any of those three different errors in this comment or comment 1 could still be legit TE bugs).

the errors in comment 0 still exist. if you have a copy of IE around, see what happens when you select the first field. underneath the title שלב ב' there is a list of specific problems that match the type of problem you select in the select box above it. it doesn't show in my FF3rc1. i'll attach a screen shot.

as you can see, with firefox there is no selection list at the lower left. so you can't proceed to the address of the problem.

i can't recall, but maybe i did at the time. this was brought to my attention by a user who lived there. i'll try to remember doing it tomorrow.

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
