The last time I used CCK is some month ago. Today I realized that my last created xpi isn't compatible to Firefox 2.0. So I decided to rebuild it. After opening the CCK wizard and clicking 'Next' there is a drop down menu where I should be able to open any existing configuration. But there is no entry! The location of the generated extension doesn't have changed. Why I can't see it? Any regression which is raised by upgrading to Firefox 2?
Ups, I forgot to mention that I use CCK Wizard 1.1 and Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061115 BonEcho/2.0
I use preferences to store existing configurations. It sounds like those prefs aren't there anymore. did you create a new profile? This is easy to work around, though. Create a new CCK, and point to the directory where the existing one is and we'll pick up the cck.config.

No. I havn't created a new one and also made no changes to my profile. It seems that they get lost for any unknown reason. Dunno how to reproduce it currently. > This is easy to work around, though. I found an older prefs-1.js within my profile which was created on 08/28/06 and contains your described preferences. There is no other backup so I don't know why this was thrown away. Before some days I made an update from adblock 0.5 to adblock plus 0.7. A lot of its own preferences were removed from prefs.js. But I don't think that this is responsible for this issue. Otherwise updating from 1.5 to 2.0 could be a candidate.
This doesn't reappear again. Closing as WFM.
