When I start Thunderbird with -compose parameter, compose window is with maximize/resize button disabled.

workaround:
start with -compose mailto: parameter

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start thunderbird -compose
Actual Results:  
Window is with disabled maximize/restore button without adding mailto:

Expected Results:  
window is maximizeable/restoreable

bug 330914 has similar problem, but in my case window is resizeable
Interesting.  Reproduced with TB 2b1-1111 and TB 3a1-1031.
