Firefox trunk, OS X 10.4.8:
1. Open the contextmenu in the search textfield, in the main browser window.
2. Hover over "Manage search engines..."
The tooltip is seriously misplaced. The other items' tooltips work fine, so I'm not sure if it's a cocoa widgets bug, or a chrome bug.
