Details

When you want to translate English page into some other language, Gist-in-time page has only Spanish language is selectable for Target Language. Steps of reproduce 1. Go to above URL 2. Select menu View | Translate 3. Look at pulldown menu after "To". "Spanish" only is available. "Japanese", "French", "German" ... etc language are missing in the pull down. Tested 2000041706 M15 Win32, Mac, and Linux build.

Don't see any problem on a 5/1 build, the pulldown shows all the languages...
I got the entire list of "To" languages when I tried this on May 2 with build 20000050215. I think this is fixed.
