When you translate this English page into other language, Gist-in-Time page will
detect this page as German page instead of English page.
Steps of reproduce
1. Go to above URL
2. Select menu View | Translate
3. Look at pulldown menu after "From".
You can see "Ge" instead of "En" for English.
Tested 2000041706 M15 Win32 build. This does not happen in 2000041706 M15 Mac
and Linux.

Changed the Component.
Component: Internationalization → AutoTranslate
Moving to "other" Component temporarily whilst I delete AutoTranslate component
in Bugzilla and move this to Bugsplat.
Putting on [AUTO TRANSLATE] to grab this from Other component in a bit.
