Thunderbird just updated and prompted for restarting (Nov 20. 20:55 PST). Unfortunately the update seems to have broken it has it does not start anymore. Instead, I have huge window with the following error message:

<window id="messengerWindow"
^ <menuitem insertafter="pageSourceMenuItem" label="&menu_securityStatus.label;"
----^ <broadcaster id="Communicator:WorkMode"
--^ <menuitem id="context-openAttachment" label="&openAttachmentCmd.label;" accesskey="&openAttachmentCmd.accesskey;"
--^ <command id="cmd_undo"
--^ <menuitem>
--^ <menuitem>
--^ <menu>
----^ <menuitem>
--^ <menuitem id="popupwindow-reject"
------^

Hope this helps

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click "restart" when Thundebird notifies that it has updated and prompts for restarting
2.Thunderbird does not start anymore
3.
sounds like you have an incompatible extension installed. Is that possible?
