Details

Netscape shows 'No Frame Support(The text in NOFRAMES tag)' message when I just 
resize the window at any time with bunch of form elements on different frames.

FYI, you will also want to specify a URL where you see this problem;
bug reports that cannot be reproduced don't lead to fixes.

You might also wish to download a current Mozilla build and test the same
page with Mozilla, which will be the basis for Netscape 6.
