This problem is shared with Thunderbird. Noticed it in both apps after Thunderbird 1.5.0.8 was released, but it's certainly possible it existed earlier. Maximize SeaMonkey windows. Go to inbox. Open a message for reading. Maximize message window if not already. Reply to message. Send reply. After reply window closes, original message window is visible, but does not have the focus.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Maximize SeaMonkey windows.
2 - Go to inbox.
3 - Open a message for reading.
4 - Maximize message window if not already.
5 - Reply to message.
6 - Send reply.
Actual Results:  
After reply window closes, original message window is visible, but does not have the focus.

Expected Results:  
After reply window closes, original message window is visible, but has the focus.

Can you reproduce with SeaMonkey v1.1.9 ?
