There are several sites explaining how to convert a simple unordered list in a menu through the use of CSS (ex: http://css.maxdesign.com.au/listamatic/index.htm).
I believe that a good feature for Composer would be the generation of the CSS code. It could have several styles for the user to choose and allow changing the colors.
Reproducible: Always

In the attach I've made two simple unordered lists with 3 items each. The proposed feature should do what I've made by hand :) Surround the unordered list with a div and fill the required CSS code.

I don't know exactly what you want with this question (ex: knowing that I'm still alive and wish this feature ;)), but yes I can reproduce it as it was not yet implemented (that I've seen)...

I don't know. I'm using Ubuntu now and only 1.1.9 is at the repositories...
