For unknown reasons the transparency of the favicon is ignored, but works for Firefox 2.0.0.0 and the download manager of the trunk.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.exmatrikulationsamt.de
2. Open a second tab - you see a 16x16 pixel icon for the first tab in the tab bar.
3. Open http://www.exmatrikulationsamt.de/favicon.ico and save it.
4. In the download manager, you should see the transparency of the image (like it works for the favicons of Firefox 2.0.0.0).
