That's pretty much it. Forward never lit up either, but that's just because I couldn't go back. Downloaded the win32-installer. Machine is a new install of NT 4.0/SP 3, Dell Prec 220 dual PIII 833's (oh yeah...).
Confirmed on Win2000 in the 41805 build from this morning. Seems to be new in the past 24-48 hours.

This appears to be fixed in the 41808 build today.
'Reopening' the Bug for build 2000042408...either its disabled or broken in that nightly.
this should probably be closed or revert back to whatever state it was. Flakiness for 4/24 builds is due to bug 36951 or whatever it is a dupe of.
I think this isno more reproducible.
