User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; ja; rv:1.8.0.8) Gecko/20061025 Firefox/1.5.0.8 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; ja; rv:1.8.0.8) Gecko/20061025 Firefox/1.5.0.8 Recently, I have noticed that messages coming in from one of the mailing lists that I am signed up to are not being shown by Thunderbird -- I can tell since I am presently using Thunderbird and Eudora. The sender is legitimate (since it is one of the gov't org.) and hence wondering how this could happen. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Just press the "receive" button as usual, and everything looks normal except I am not receiving the message from this gov't organization. 2. 3. Actual Results: Do not receive the messages. Expected Results: Receive them, and show them in the Inbox. The same symptom even with different PC that I use.
Can you try a nightly 1.5.0.9 build from (http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/nightly/latest-mozilla1.8.0/)? Yes the numbers still say 1.5.0.8... There was a fix for a case where messages up references made the messages not show up in the thread pane. You might be seeing that (bug 360409).
Reporter, does the issue still occur in the latest supported 2.0.0.x / Shredder trunk nightlies? (1.5.0.x is now end-of-life and the latest supported 2.0.0.x is 2.0.0.16)
