Stuck "Change Action" dialog appears under certain conditions.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Options->Content->File Type->Manage
2. Type some unsupported extension into search field (for example "aaa")
3. Click on "Action", "Extension" or "File Type" column head
4. Double click inside white space area (where list of supported extensions generally displayed)

Actual Results:  
You'll see stuck "Change Action" dialog. You can leave this dialog only by "Cancel" button press.

Expected Results:  
There should be no dialog displayed.

Actually, I was seeking for ability to add new file extension support. Instead of it I just found this bug.
How can I register new extension with FF?
