Automatic import of stack trace from talkback server.

When someone makes a reference to talkback data in a comment Bugzilla
I'd like Bugzilla to fetch the stack trace from the talkack server and
attach it as an attachment and then mark that attachment with a special
"searchable as if it were a comment" flag (bug 361873).  This would make the
(unfortunate) common practice of pasting crash stacks from TB in Bugzilla
comments unnecessary (which causes mail spam and makes bugs less readable).

Bug 302727 is not related to what I'm asking for.
If bmo wants it as an extension, they are free to move this bug into the bmo product, but that's not something we want to implement upstream.
