If I have several tabs in a window, Shift-Alt-# shortcuts sometimes apply not to the active tab, but to a different one (presumably, one that has the focus.) You can verify this by opening http://en.wikipedia.org/ in multiple tabs, use all of them and switch (at least using Ctrl-PageUp/Ctrl-PageDown.)

This should be fixed in nightly builds (bug 351310). Please try a build
dated 2006-11-29 or later when they are available. Thanks.
