In installed-chrome.txt there aren't lines: skin,install,url,jar:resource:/chrome/reporter.jar!/content/reporter/ locale,install,url,jar:resource:/chrome/reporter.jar!/content/reporter/ which cause a problem with Mozilla Reporter (red text above status bar). Reproducible: Always
Based on IRC discussion - there isn't a problem with installed-chrome.txt. Problem is on another place and this looks like another bug.
