[proto] call invitations dialog when TB is in offline mode -> link disappears

REPRODUCTION:
=============

- create a WCAP calendar
- the invitations link appears in the lower left corner at the application window
- switch to offline mode
- push the invitations link to open the invitations dialog
- close this dialog
- the invitations link disappears


RESULT:
=======

- the invitations link disappears


EXPECTED RESULT:
================

- The link 'Invitations (n)' appears permanent if a WCAP based calendar
is subscribed. (see http://wiki.mozilla.org/Calendar:Server_Based_Invitation_Handling#.22Invitation.22_Hyperlink )
