Used Calendar 0.4a1 in Windows XP

Steps to Reproduce:
1)Open the calendar
2)Resize the window to make it the window small

Actual Results:
The scrollbars disappear and the calendar gets cut off.

Expected Results:
The scrollbars should appear on the screen so the user can view the part of the calendar that gets cut off.
Same problem as in Bug 330282. Resolve as duplicate?

I see that bug 330282 is a "first time startup" issue, and this bug is for an issue that can occur any time the window is resized. However, I think that at the very least these two issues are related, and are probably fixed by the same set of code.

I also nominate it as a dup or at least to be dependent on 330282. I'm not familiar with that part of the code, so I'm not clear on how to proceed. Thoughts?

I can see the same problem with new event/new task dialog- when you make it smaller there's no scrollbars.

I agree

IMO it should be set as dependent on bug 330282.

I've noticed the same behaviour for lightning and wcap (2007020905)- there's no scrollbar after making new event dialog smaller. And also I have noticed an error after making the dialog smaller:
Error: minimonth has no properties

Line: 334

I think vanessa's problem was addressed by bug 360947, checked in 2006-12-11.

Omar's issues sound like a separate bugs.

Omar, I agree that the event dialog(s) should be separate bugs, please file a follow on bug for those.

As for the main bug, I only see a scroll bar if I am in the week or day view. The month and multiweek views do not ever have scrollbars. And I tend to lose the right hand scroll bar in all cases when the the view begins to get clipped. I think that we should never lose the right hand scrollbar, regardless of how small the window becomes. I tested on 0.5pre on my Mac 10.4.8: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.1.3pre) Gecko/20070301 Calendar/0.5pre

Since the primary issue (tablet PC width) was addressed, marking this as minor since I don't know how many other tablet PC's or other folks will be affected by this.
Severity: normal → minor

This bug can be reproduced again on Lightning 1.0b7, on Linux, Solaris, both X86 and SUN Sparc platform. So I change this bug to all platform and all OS.

This bug can be reproduce on week view, the right hand scroll bar disappeared when resize to small window.
OS: Windows XP → All
Hardware: x86 → All
