The properties and rename dialog are exactly the same in Bookmarks->Organize Bookmarks. The title of the rename dialog is properties""
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start firefox
2. click bookmarks
3. click organizebookmarks
Then clicking properties or rename in the botton bar will give you the same dialog.
Two side by side buttons should not take you to the same dialogbox. oops.

this is definitly not a serious bug (if one at all :)).
BTW, the context menu does not expose "Rename ..." command; its just in the toolbar.
Is displaying the same dialog the way this is meant to work or is this an intermediate solution which was forgotten at some point?

The simplest way to fix it is to remove the 'Rename' button from the toolbar.
In my themes I just display:none it.
But then people complain that they are missing the 'Rename' function...
