User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 I just got an automatic upgrade to Internet Explorer 7 and right after that when I loaded yahoo mail in Firefox I couldn't view mail. The rest of the page loaded fine, just the window to view mail didn't work. It works fine in IE7 but not in Firefox. My machine at home without the IE7 upgrade works fine with Firefox viewing yahoo mail. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Allow upgrade for IE7 2. Go to Yahoo mail, login 3. Try and open a mail item and view it Actual Results: Window in Yahoo opens as normal but the mail text doesn't show up. the Window is blank. Expected Results: Worked as it always has before the IE7 upgrade. Microsoft's upgrade appears to cause problems with Firefox.
Have you tried: - Firefox's safe-mode to exclude extension/theme problems - a reinstall in a new empty folder - a new profile? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_Mode_(Firefox) http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/ http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_Folder
