(Not sure if this is a bug or a new feature request...)

It would be desirable to be able to initiate a DCC file transfer by dragging & dropping a file onto a user's nickname.

Side note: If I attempt to drag & drop a file onto a user's nickname in the name column, I get the "not allowed" icon, but I get a "file about to be copied" icon if I try to drop onto any part of the main text window. (names or messages).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on a file in a folder on my system
2. Drag it to the Chatzilla window and drop it on a user's nickname.

Actual Results:
Nothing

Expected Results:
Initiate a DCC send to that user.
OS: Windows XP → All

This seems to fall into the realm of "doing what the user expects", confirming.
