message menu for a saved .eml file should not have "Move Again" as a menu item

I'm using tbird version 2 beta 1 (20061127) on windows xp.

steps to reproduce:
1)  save a message to an .eml file
2)  open up the .eml file in tbird
3)  in the 3 pane, move a message
4)  in the stand alone msg window for the .eml, you'll see a "Move again" menu item, but move is not allowed for .eml files, which is why the entire "Move" submenu is disabled.

in the attached screen shot, notice the enabled 'Move to "to file" Again' menu item, which is enabled, but the "Move" submenu is disabled (as this is a .eml file)

The fix for this was included in bug 462681. (It get's disabled.)
