stat64 and friends exist and are supposedly posixy

Do you know if we need to define any macro (such as -D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE)
to use the off64_t type and the lseek64, stat64 functions?

Is large-file support in all QNX versions we (Mozilla) support?  If not,
we need to find out the QNX version in which large-file support first
appeared.
