User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla Thunderbird version 1.5.0.8 (20061025)

I would like a feature for a way to handle replied messages more elegantly. If you are replying to a message, there should be a global option (with per-message exlusions as a message option) to have the message sent to the folder where the replied-to message is located rather than always to the "Sent Items" folder. It would make tracking of conversations easier without having to manually go to the Sent Items folder and copy it to where ever you want it to be located. Of course, the Inbox should be an exception and that one should probably always go to the Sent Items folder.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose a message in a folder besides the Inbox
2. Reply to a message.

Actual Results:
When the message is sent, it is sent to "Sent Items" folder.

Expected Results:
If an option has been sent, the message should be sent to the folder where you found the parent message.
2.0 has this option, on a per-identity basis.
