[Mac] Keyboard navigation in context menus is wrong

Tested with Firefox trunk, OS X 10.4.8

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a context menu
2. Use the arrows to go up and down, until you reach the end of the menu.

Expected result:

When the last item of either end is reached, going one further item should not be possible. It should stop there.

Actual result:

If you go to the topmost item, and click up, no item is selected. If you use up again, it will select the bottom-most item. This behavior is not mac-like.
