Bugzilla software includes the bug number, status, and summary in the title attribute of automatically constructed links to bugs, i.e.
<a href="show_bug.cgi?id=343418" title="RESOLVED FIXED - votes page doesn't tell me why a bug is crossed out">343418</a>
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. View any any bugzilla notes
2. Mouseover a link of the form "bug ####"
Actual Results:
title information is not displayed
Expected Results:
title contents should pop up (behavior until 2.0)
This functionality no longer works. Either something is broken in my browser, or bugzilla needs to figure out how to render this information in firefox 2.0

WFM in Firefox 2. Can you reproduce the bug on a new profile?

The title attribute also stopped producing tooltips for me in Firefox 2.0 with my old Firefox 1.5 profile, but when I create a new profile in 2.0 it works again. Why is that?

Aha, somehow the config option browser.chrome.toolbar_tips got set false.
