REPRODUCTION:

- open the attendee dialog
- check the 'all day event' control
- move the time slot indicator of this event with the mouse or use the date picker


RESULT:
=======

- this moves only the time scale

EXPECTED RESULT:

- I expected a synchron move of time scale and free/busy grid

by the way, the grid did never update in case the event has been moved to a new start-date, it doesn't have anything to do with all-day events. anyway, this patch fixes the problem, i just forgot to update the grid in this case.
