STR (Steps To Reproduce)

install lightning-wcap.xpi

1. File -> New -> Event
2. Event dialog's toolbar has an icon "Attendees"

Finding

"Attendees" is nowhere to be found in the menus

Expected

"Attendee" dialog should additionally be available from inside a menu

Note

even worse, the event toolbar can be toggled off in the menu: ("View -> Toolbars -> Event Toolbar"), resulting in the complete absence of an "Attendee" dialog in the UI

Yeah, you are right. I changed the spec accordingly.
