* due to a missing line in docshell/build/Makefile.in, libdocshell.so (the file
generated by said makefile) doesn't depend on on the static library it includes
(libbasedocshell_s.a), which can cause problems during incremental builds

* not that anyone uses it, but the 'makefiles' target in rules.mk is broken (a
semicolon is out of place)

(note that these effects all unix builds, not just linux)
