Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to installer for ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/1.9a1-candidates/rc3/firefox-3.0a1.en-US.mac.dmg
2.download and install
3.Verify installer license agreement shows foreign characters. (see screenshot, eg. PrintE button, save AsE button)
Actual Results:

Expected Results:
installer license agreement should not show foreign characters.
no repro on FF 2.0 builds

Duping forward, partly because of a bitter hatred of image/tiff ;)
